Will you tell me the times you wanted to cry

But then decided you maybe shouldn’t

Or the time you laughed aloud in a crowd

While they looked on, but didn’t join in

I’d rather know what breaks your bones

Than talk for hours about the weather

Will you trust me enough to bare your soul

So we can be strangers and more together?
